Double chin is an unsightly accumulation of fat that not only creates problems in the appearance of the person who has this flap of skin on the neck, but it also makes breathing difficult because when there is an issue of overweight or fat, the body has to make greater efforts to inhale and exhale. This sagging occurs mainly in people with a considerable accumulation of fat in the face and around the neck; however, even those who have flat cheeks, those who eat extremely fatty foods or those who have such a natural appearance suffer from double chin. You cannot, of course, neglect the process of ageing. Say goodbye to double chin with these simple exercises.

Lift the face up stretching the neck as much as possible about ten times. Remember to take a normal breath, without inhaling or exhaling strongly as if you were doing gymnastics. Then return to the starting position. Your neck will be flat if you regularly do this exercise.

With the back of the palms of your hands make a sweeping motion around the neck as if you were "brushing". The excess fat will gradually disappear. You should not stop it after doing once or twice; you must do it regularly, especially after you have shaved your face. This exercise will not only help in making the double chin disappear, it will also tone up the neck and give it a more attractive and erect look.

Clench your jaw from time to time, by exerting force on the upper and lower teeth. However, do not do it too hard. Remember that when you activate these jaw muscles, you are also contributing to the muscles of the neck. Combine this action with neck movements to the right and left, turning very slowly.
